Sunpro Rewards Program Description, Terms, and Conditions
Plan Description
All customers that have an account with a participating Clyde company are eligible to earn Rewards Points based on purchases of qualifying products. Customers must have an active account in good standing with Sunpro (SPC) in order to redeem Rewards Points. Customers earn Rewards Points for purchases of building materials sold by SPC as well as concrete, sand, gravel, other aggregates, masonry products and construction services purchased from other participating Clyde Companies, Inc. subsidiaries (Geneva Rock Products, Inc., Sunroc Corporation, and W.W. Clyde and Company). Customers can earn 1 Reward Point per dollar spent on materials. For construction services, customers receive 1 point for every 4 dollars spent.
Requirements
Rewards Points are earned when invoices are paid in full, on time, and within account credit terms. Invoices that are not paid in full within terms will result in a reduction of points equal to the amount of the invoice from the Rewards Points balance for each thirty-day period the invoice remains unpaid after the specific credit account terms period. This reduction will continue every thirty days until the invoice is paid in full. Partial unpaid amounts will also result in a reduction of points as explained above equal to the amount of the unpaid balance. Rewards Points may still be earned during the grace period when invoices are paid after the invoice due date, but before the 1st day of the month following the invoice due date.
Government and municipal entities may not be eligible to earn rewards. Accrued Rewards Points do not expire; however, if a customer account with SPC is closed for any reason (including no purchases on the account during any given two-year period), Rewards Points will be terminated and all existing Rewards Points for that customer will be forfeited. Accounts that are on hold or are not in good standing for any reason are not eligible to redeem points during that time. Customer account must be in good standing at the time Rewards Points are redeemed for a reward. If a customer’s account at one of the participating Clyde companies is on hold, points earned from purchases at all participating companies will not be eligible for redemption until the account is again in good standing.
Rewards Redemption
Rewards Points are redeemable for three rewards categories as follows:
Company-hosted signature trip – Rewards Points are redeemable at limits established by SPC in order to qualify for trips designated by SPC.
Travel voucher – Rewards Points may be used toward a voucher with a travel agency designated by SPC, and must have a minimum of 50,000 points to qualify for redemption.
Gift card – Rewards Points can be used toward gift cards at any merchant of your choosing. Cards can be redeemed in $100 increments for 20,000 points each.
When Rewards Points are redeemed for rewards, the total redeemable Rewards Points balance is calculated as no more than twice the amount of Rewards Points earned through SPC. For example, a customer who purchases $50,000 in products from SPC (paying the invoices in full within terms), and a combined $100,000 in qualifying products from Geneva Rock Products, Inc. and Sunroc Corporation (invoices paid in full within terms) would have a total of 150,000 earned Rewards Points, but only 100,000 Rewards Points are available to redeem (50,000 Rewards Points from SPC and 50,000 Rewards Points from Geneva Rock Products, Inc./Sunroc Corporation). In general, customers are not allowed to pay extra in order to have other people accompany them on a company-sponsored trip; however, customers may redeem points on their accounts to have other people accompany them on the company-sponsored trip. Redemption links on the rewards site will only be active if a customer rewards account has enough redeemable points to redeem for the given redemption option.
Other Provisions
The following additional provisions apply:
SPC and its affiliates have the right at any time to cancel the program or to change, limit, or modify the program rules and regulations and award levels.
Customers can request to register online, and SPC must approve the customer (including credit approval) before acceptance into the program. SPC reserves the right to not approve any customer.
Rewards Points will be included in the earned points balance (according to program terms) for invoices dated after the date the customer rewards account is initially set up.
Customers with multiple entities under their common control cannot pool their various Rewards Points from separate entities; the entity that placed the purchase is the one eligible to earn Points.
Reward certificates do not have cash value and can only be redeemed as described in the program rules.
SPC is the final authority on qualification of Rewards Points and reserves the right to deduct Rewards Points from a customer’s account at any time if awarded in error.
Rewards Points will be subtracted for items returned or credited to customer’s account.
Employees of Clyde Companies, Inc. and its Subsidiaries are not eligible to accrue Rewards Points.
SPC, Geneva Rock, Sunroc Corporation, and W.W. Clyde and Company reserve the right to de-activate or cancel an account in the event of fraudulent activity.

Availability of trips may be subject to change.
Account terms are defined as the terms established by the respective Clyde company for the specific customer account as reflected in the credit application.

Invoices and payments for finance charges are not included in earning Rewards Points.
Rewards Points will not be earned on retention amounts.
Under no circumstances will rewards points be earned for payments received after 120 days beyond the invoice date for paid-when-paid contracts.
