Restaurants on-site include Alain Ducasse’s Le Louis XV and Le Grill, where you can admire the Mediterranean Sea from its panoramic terrace on the eighth floor of the hotel, as you sample delicious dishes from the grill.
Activities
Historical Tour: Monaco Land & Sea
After the first part of the activity, teams will switch. Half of the group will go on the sea, and the other half will go on the land. A fun way to discover Monaco’s old town is by walking in Monaco by the coastline.
You will visit the following locations:
The Palace of Monaco – Built on the site of an old fortress, it houses an Italian gallery, known as Hercules’ gallery, which runs alongside the great apartments, the Throne room, the Palatine Chapel, built in the 17th century, and the Main Courtyard.
Monaco Cathedral – Built in 1875, it houses the tombs of the deceased Princes. Inside, an altarpiece can be seen by the painter from Nice, Louis Bréa, dating back to the 1500’s.
The Oceanographic Museum – This temple to the sea, inaugurated in 1910 by its founder, Prince Albert I, is known throughout the world for its collections and particularly for its aquariums including the famous “Shark Lagoon” which opened in 2001.
Lunch: After the morning activity the groups will meet for lunch at the Cafe de Paris.

Unusual Visit of Eze
Enjoy the idyllic setting of this medieval village perched on the cliffside like an eagle’s nest, where many artists have taken up residence.
“Unusual visit of Eze Village” is a new way to discover cities or villages in the south of France.
With “Unusual Visit of Eze Village” you will discover programs that combine the discovery of the history, traditions, and local culinary specialties from the South of France.

Lunch: Harbor of Villefranche
For centuries the historic fishing village of Villefranche has played host to ships and sailors from all over the world. An imposing 16th century fortress dominates the waterfront and a tiny fisherman’s chapel, decorated by Jean Cocteau, which welcomes both sailors and visitors.
Here you will enjoy a typical fishermen’s lunch at the Mere Germaine or Oursin Bleu overlooking the bay and the Cap Ferrat. After lunch return to Monaco by coach.

Perfume Creation
An unforgettable learning experience in the world of perfume-making awaits you at the Fragonard perfume factories.
You can discover how a perfumer or “nose” masters the art of fragrance creation while learning about the history of the perfume industry. You will see which raw materials are used and how they are extracted.
Upon arrival, guests will be met and led into a private classroom and each participant will receive many different perfume essences and with the help of a great “Nez” (Nose – perfume specialist) who will help blend them in order to create their own perfume.
Timing: 9:00 am to 12:30 pm including a visit to the factory

Sailing Regata
This day at sea offers the possibility of discovering sailing pleasures aboard 14-meter sailing boats. It is also a nice way to discover the coast from offshore.
If you choose the regatta, the departure thrill and race strategy will be your program. Each team will receive a list of rules and the itinerary to follow on a marine map.
Each and everyone is involved in the maneuvers and can decide the strategy to adopt during the race.
The race master will carefully watch and reward points. Perfect communication tool and team spirit enhancer.
Timing:
Schedule based half-day for race only (morning recommended)
9:30 am: Arrival on spot, team splitting, briefing, team strategy meeting
10:00 am: Boarding and test phases
10:30 am-12:00 am: Regatta race per rounds and award moment!

Bike Tour in Cap Ferrat
Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat is a peninsula located next to Nice and to Villefranche-sur-Mer. The most ecological way to discover its preserved natural setting is by riding a bike along the path of the edge of the sea.
Accompanied by a qualified guide, you will appreciate breathtaking scenery and peaceful moments.
Timing:
9:00 am: Departure from Hotel
9:40 am: Briefing and Departure from the Mont Boron
12:00 pm: Arrival at the Beaulieu Harbor and transfer back
Tour Includes gloves, helmet, a backpack with a windbreaker, one bottle of water, and a cereal bar. This tour is rated as easy and both E-bikes or Moutain bikes are available

Super Car Driving Experience
Who has ever dreamt of driving a Ferrari? Today that dream comes true.
After a short briefing, you will have the opportunity to drive a supercar on a specially designed track which will allow you to appreciate the driving sensation of this mythical car.

Panoramic Helicopter Tour
One of the most sensational ways to discover the Côte d’Azur is by helicopter because you can view every detail. The magnificent Bay is even more impressive seen from above.
The 30 minute scenic coastline flight will pass by Eze sur Mer, Beaulieu, St Jean Cap Ferrat, Baie des Anges in Nice, Cap d’Antibes, Lerins Islands, Bay of Cannes, St Paul de Vence, and Eze.

Train Tour to Cannes and St. Honorat
One of the most relaxed ways to reach the city of Cannes is by train. You can also choose to get on and off in between if you like to explore some other villages.
The trip to Cannes takes about 1 hour and you will enjoy the beautiful scenic ride on the regional train which is also sometimes in red and white the colors of Monaco.
Upon arrival at the Cannes train station, you will have a short walk to the harbor to board your boat for St. Honorat. Away from the crowd and the noise you will enjoy the peace and quiet in a wonderful environment.
