That’s why we’re proud to recognize Pablo Torres and JJ Pace as Q4 2024 Exceed on the Job award winners! This award, presented by Owens Corning through its Certified Energy Expert (CEE) program, recognizes top-performing installers and support staff across the country.
Pablo Torres: Installer Award Winner
Pablo is an experienced installer who takes pride in his work. He consistently delivers high-quality installations, rarely fails an inspection and is always willing to step in where needed.
“This is an award that Pablo deserves,” said Chris Hale, Area Manager of Insulation at Sunpro. “When we need a difficult job done, when we need something that requires meticulous attention, we send Pablo. He’s professional, neat and we know the job will be done correctly the first time.”
JJ Pace: Support Staff Award Winner
JJ is always looking for ways to improve her division. She doesn’t wait to be told what to do—she proactively finds solutions and takes on responsibilities outside her official job title simply because she’s eager to help. Since the Support Staff Exceed on the JobAward was introduced last year, JJ is one of the first to receive this recognition.
“She’s the behind-the-scenes worker who rarely gets recognized, but without her, we literally can’t do anything,” Chris said. “She’s always willing to help wherever she’s needed—even beyond her job responsibilities. And she makes the workplace a better place to be with her positive attitude.”
Recognizing Excellence
The Owens Corning CEE program includes about 100 of the top insulation contracting companies in the country, and Sunpro is honored to be part of it. The award program highlights team members who go the extra mile, and Pablo and JJ have set the bar high.
“You guys are the reason we view Sunpro as being the best of the best,” said Derek Fowler, an Owens Corning representative. “Without the work you do every day, we don’t have jobs. Thank you for representing Sunpro, CEE and Owens Corning the way you do.”
