Sunpro is excited to team up with Habitat for Humanity of Utah County as a lead sponsor for the construction of twin homes for the Latu and Idiong families. Last month, we gathered in Pleasant Grove to break ground on these twin homes, the first of four to be constructed in the area.
The event brought together Sunpro team members, Habitat for Humanity staff, representatives from Edge Homes and Kenny Seng Construction as well as the families who will soon move in. After the groundbreaking, everyone enjoyed lunch provided by Habitat for Humanity.
“We sincerely value partnering with Habitat for Humanity in a way that truly impacts families,” said Steve Broadbent, Vice President of Specialty Products at Sunpro. “We couldn’t be more thrilled for the Latus and Idiongs. It’s exciting to see them establish roots long-term in a wonderful community they can call home.”
Habitat for Humanity of Utah County is dedicated to building strength, stability and self-reliance through shelter. Their mission focuses on providing affordable housing to families in need, helping them build a better future. It’s a mission that aligns perfectly with Sunpro’s mission of Building a Better Community.
We look forward to sharing more updates as the project moves forward.
