Safe Choices Campaign

Sunpro’s safety team recently visited every company location to talk with team members about one of the most important parts of staying safe at work: the choices each person makes every day.

The campaign, called Individual Choices Drive Safety, was created to reinforce the role every team member plays in keeping themselves and others safe. At each location, Danny Fuhr, Sunpro Safety Director, reminded employees that safety is something each person helps create through their daily decisions.

“We can give our teams the right tools, good training and strong support, but at the end of the day, safety comes down to the choices each person makes,” said Danny Fuhr, Sunpro Safety Director. “Those choices affect more than just one person. They affect coworkers, families and the company as a whole. That’s why we wanted every employee to understand how much their daily decisions matter.”

As part of the campaign, each of Sunpro’s 757 employees signed a banner as a commitment to make safe choices throughout 2026. The banner now serves as a companywide reminder of that shared responsibility.

Safety shows up in the small decisions team members make throughout the day, whether they’re helping a customer, loading materials, driving to a job or working on-site. By focusing on individual choices, Sunpro is continuing to build a culture where employees look out for themselves, take care of each other and help make sure everyone gets home safely.
